Dr. Joyce Bellamy, Phd
Licensed Esthetician and Eyelash Technician
Dr. Joyce Bellamy, a certified lash master since 2021; started her career with Joi Esthetics, LLC. With so many great lash products in the market, Joyce wanted to focus on training students in the areas most important in the lashing industry and the art of application. In 2023, Joyce was Approved by the Connecticut Office of Higher Education and created the curriculum for the only Hybrid 50-Hour Eye Lash Program in Connecticut.
Dr.Joyce Bellamy, is also an instructor and proctor in many of the other courses offered by Connecticut Business Institute, such as Flagger, Certified Nursing Aide, Phlebotomy & EKG, CPR/AED and First Aid.
Joyce, as an urban minority owned business, goals are to empower students' confidence while providing sophisticated treatments, and to bring high quality and hybrid online experiences to all students.
